LITERATURE is?

What is LITERATURE?

Literature is one of written works that has esthetic value to impressed the the connoisseur. From the lesson that I got today, there is no explanation that discussed outside of the written works which is why I believe that literature is a form of written work that later can be developed in different forms so can be enjoyed in different ways, just like drama, poem, poetry, prose, etc. Drama as one of the branches of literature that shows in an acting performance, but the story comes from the literature works. A well-known example of this is Hamblets that written by William Shakespare. A lesson that discussed today about the characteristic of a literature are : it’s easy to memorable, it takes people to feel what is the writer’s purpose of the story. Fiction or non-fiction are available in literature- but the difference comes from the way they write the words so a literally work has a taste. Literature has the main purpose to amuse the people.  

Meci (literature students : 2012) said that we can't define the

exact meaning of literature because when you dig it deeper, you'll find it more complex and make you more curious.

            In fact a literature work is not a factual information such as news paper. You can feel the differences when you read these both. There’s no entertain side of news paper, means it’s very different.

For me, literature is something where I can find the all  beauty. ;)
